A8: For small samples, we provide them at no cost. Full door samples incur a minimal fee, reflective of actual expenses. This fee is refundable with any subsequent bulk order, ensuring value and satisfaction.
Q9. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A9: During shipping,our shipping angancy will try to ensure the safety of the goods.If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage .If it is not a very serious problems,we will help you and compensate you the damaged parts.
