- Surely yes. Mixed colors and models are acceptable in one 20GP or 40HQ container. We suggest 3-6 models.
- Can you make the door according to our drawing?
- Yes, we can. But the customer should send us the drawing to check first, then we shall respond with the correct drawing for production.
- What is your policy for samples?
- For small samples, we can offer them for free. For completely doors, we charge some cost based on the actual situation. However, we will refund the sample charge if you place a bulk order next time.
- What is your special service?
- Overseas installation service.
- How to order and what is the delivery time?
- Delivery time is about 20-35 days. First, we need to know your specific door request and specs to issue related solutions. After you approve the invoice and drawings, 50% deposit is arranged and production starts. Once finished, we provide video or pictures, or you can dispatch an inspector. The balance is collected before shipping.
- Do you have stock?
- We stock American standard hollow metal doors and frames as per procedure in the factory. For special orders requiring customization (specific size, color, lock type, materials, etc.), we arrange them specially like a project schedule. We can handle both wholesaler orders and end-user project orders.
