Q2: Can you manufacture doors according to our drawings? A2: Certainly. Please send us your drawings for initial assessment. We will then provide you with an accurate production drawing for your approval.

Q3: What is your sample policy? A3: We offer small samples free of charge. For full doors, there is a cost based on the actual situation. However, we will refund the sample charge if you place a bulk order subsequently.
Q4: What special services do you offer? A4: We provide an exceptional overseas installation service.
Q5: How is the delivery time determined? A5: Delivery time is approximately 20-35 days. We first assess your specific door requirements and specifications, then provide tailored solutions. An invoice and drawings will be sent for your approval. Post-approval, a 50% deposit initiates production. Upon completion, we share photos or videos, or you can send an inspector. The balance is paid before shipping.
Q6: Do you have stock available? A6: We stock American standard hollow metal doors and frames. For special orders requiring customization, we follow a project schedule. This includes specific sizes, colors, lock types, materials, etc. We cater to both wholesaler orders and end-user projects.
