Q3: What is your sample policy? A3: We provide small samples free of charge. For complete doors, a cost may be incurred based on actual circumstances. However, we promise to refund the sample charge upon the placement of a bulk order in the future. Q4: What special services do you offer? A4: We offer professional overseas installation services.
Q5: How should we proceed to confirm the delivery time? A5: Delivery time is approximately 20-35 days. Initially, we need your specific door requirements and specifications. After providing solutions that meet your criteria, we will issue an invoice and detailed drawings for your approval. Once we receive your confirmation and a 50% deposit, production commences. Upon completion, we'll offer visuals or an inspection visit for final balance settlement before shipping.
