Q3: What is your sample policy? A3: Small samples are provided free of charge. For complete doors, we charge based on the actual situation. However, this sample cost will be refunded when you place a bulk order.
Q4: Do you offer any special services? A4: Yes, we provide an overseas installation service to ensure seamless setup.
Q5: How do you manage delivery times? A5: Delivery time ranges from 20 to 35 days. We first understand your specific door requirements and specifications, then issue solutions and create invoices and drawings for your approval. Upon your approval and a 50% deposit, production begins. Once completed, we provide visual confirmation through videos or pictures, or you can send an inspector. The remaining balance is collected before shipping.
Q6: Do you maintain stock? A6: We stock American standard hollow metal doors and frames. For customized orders, we arrange production as per your specifications in size, color, lock type, and materials. We accommodate both wholesaler and end-user project orders.
