Q3: What is your policy regarding samples? A3: For small samples, we offer them free of charge. However, for full-sized doors, some costs may apply based on the situation. Rest assured, the sample costs will be deducted from your subsequent bulk order. Q4: What special services do you offer? A4: We provide an outstanding overseas installation service to meet your needs.
Q5: How should one proceed with ordering and what is the delivery time? A5: Delivery time is approximately 20-35 days. Initially, we require your specific door requests and specifications. We will then provide tailored solutions, followed by an invoice and production drawings for your approval. Upon your consent and a 50% deposit, production commences. Once completed, we send videos or photos for verification, or you can send an inspector. Final payment is made before shipment.

For special or customized orders, arrangements are made according to project needs, such as specific dimensions, colors, lock types, and materials.
