Q3: What's your policy for samples? A3: For smaller samples, we are pleased to offer them at no cost. For full doors, there is a minimal charge based on the actual situation. However, rest assured, this cost will be reimbursed when you place a bulk order in the future. Q4: What's your special service? A4: We offer an exceptional overseas installation service to ensure seamless integration and optimum performance of your new doors.
Q5: How to order Delivery time? A5: Delivery time ranges from approximately 20 to 35 days. Initially, we require a detailed understanding of your door specifications and needs. Based on this, we will propose solutions tailored to meet your expectations. Following your approval of the invoice and drawings, a 50% deposit initiates production. Upon completion, we provide visual confirmation through videos or photos. You may also send an inspector for verification. The balance is then settled before shipping.

For orders requiring customization-such as specific sizes, colors, lock types, and materials-these are handled on an individual project basis.
