Q3: What's your policy for samples? A3: We offer small samples free of charge. For complete doors, a nominal fee based on actual production costs applies. However, place a bulk order afterward, and we'll refund the sample charge.
Q4: What's your special service? A4: We proudly offer an overseas installation service to cater to your needs at any location.
Q5: How to order Delivery time? A5: Our delivery timeline is approximately 20-35 days. Start by sharing your specific door requirements and specifications. We will then devise solutions tailored to your needs, followed by issuing an invoice and drawings for your approval. Post-approval, a 50% deposit is required to initiate production. Once complete, we'll send you photos or videos, or you may send an inspector. Balance payment is settled before shipping.
