Q1: Can different colors and models be mixed in one order? A1: Absolutely! We welcome mixed colors and models in one order. For optimal shipping, we suggest 3-6 models in either a 20GP or a 40HQ container.
Q2: Can you manufacture doors based on our drawings? A2: Certainly. Please send us your drawings for an initial check. We will then provide the accurate drawings for your approval before production begins.

Q3: What is your sample policy? A3: We offer small samples for free. For complete doors, a charge is applicable based on the actual situation. However, this sample cost will be refunded on placing a bulk order.
Q4: What special services do you offer? A4: We provide an exceptional overseas installation service.
Q5: How can I order and what is the delivery time? A5: Delivery time is approximately 20-35 days. Initially, we need to understand your specific door requirements. We will then provide tailored solutions, and upon your approval of the invoice and drawings, a 50% deposit will be required. Production begins thereafter. Once completed, we will send videos or pictures, or you can send an inspector. The balance is collected before shipping.
Q6: Do you have stock available? A6: We stock American standard hollow metal doors and frames. For custom orders, we follow a project schedule, accommodating specific sizes, colors, lock types, and materials. We cater to both wholesaler and end-user project orders.
