A4: Yes, we proudly provide overseas installation services to ensure your doors are perfectly installed, no matter where you are.
Q5: Can you explain the process to determine delivery time? A5: Delivery typically takes between 20-35 days. Initially, we'll need detailed specifications of your door requirements. Following this, we will devise tailored solutions to meet your exact needs, create an invoice, and prepare production drawings for your approval. Upon your confirmation, a 50% deposit will be requested, marking the production commencement. Once completed, we will send you photos or a video for review, or you can send an inspector. The remaining balance is due before shipment.
Q6: Is there any stock available? A6: Yes, we hold stock of American standard hollow metal doors and frames. For customized orders due to specific size, color, lock type, or material requirements, we will need to manage them according to a project schedule. We cater to both wholesale and end-user project orders.
